Get to know the role:
Responsible for calculating, following up, requesting and collecting the account receivables from
Merchants.
Responsibility
- Manage merchant's payment:
- Calculate service fee for the Merchant;
- Push Merchant's payment via email, call, SMS...;
- Collect all debt from the Merchant.
- Send report to Merchants:
- Send debit notes to merchant monthly;
- Send cashless sales report to merchant daily.
- Others:
- Handle Saleforce tickets on Saleforce Desk daily
- Solve dispute cases.
- Other tasks assigned by Line Manager.
Qualifications:
- Problem Solving
- Bachelor's Degree in business/accounting or related field
- 1-2 year experience in finance/ accounting
- Coordination and well dealing with stakeholders
- Time Management
- Team Management
