Responsibilities:
Human Resources Operations & Administration (60%)
Support the end-to-end process for trainees, including contract preparation, allowance processing, and managing onboarding and offboarding workflows.
Manage the scanning, sealing, and filing of official Human Resources documents, and handle outgoing correspondence and letters.
Execute the offboarding process and ensure all necessary exit documentation is accurately collected.
Provide dedicated logistics support for the annual Corporate Health Check-up campaign.
Recruitment Operations (20%)
Coordinate interview schedules and prepare onboarding kits for new Trainees and Interns.
Conduct background checks, including Credit Information Center and reference checks, to ensure candidate integrity.
Design engaging job postings for both internal portals and external social media channels to support employer branding.
Training & Development (20%)
Assist in launching online learning campaigns and internal communications to drive a culture of continuous learning.
Support the logistics for training workshops and maintain the orientation portal to ensure a smooth transition for newcomers.
Handle financial administration and payment processing for external training vendors.
Skills & Experience We Are Looking For
Final-year student or fresh graduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a strong and necessary capability in Microsoft Excel.
Basic design skills (using tools like Canva or similar platforms) for creating job postings is an advantage.
High level of integrity, meticulous attention to detail, and a proactive, positive attitude.
Effective written and alternative communication skills in English.
