Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with product managers,
developers, and
designers to conceptualize and design intuitive, user-centric banking solutions.
Assist in creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visual designs for mobile applications and Webs.
Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and refine designs.
Support the team in maintaining design systems and ensuring consistency across products.
Participate in brainstorming sessions, design critiques, and team discussions to enhance product designs.
Stay updated on the latest trends and tools in UI/UX design and Fintech industry.
Qualifications
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Design, HCI, or a related field.
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or Sketch.
Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
Basic knowledge of prototyping and interaction design tools.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
A portfolio showcasing your design projects (academic or personal) is required.
Preferred Skills
Familiarity with agile development processes and willing to work in a fast-grow startup environment.
Basic knowledge of front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, or JavaScript is a plus.
Interest in financial technology or digital banking trends.
