- Plans, develops new systems/application and upgrade, maintain current systems, tests, and documents computer programs, applying knowledge of programming techniques and computer systems.
- Formulates plan outlining steps required to develop program, using structured analysis and design
- Writes documentation to describe program development, logic, coding, and corrections
- Analyzes, reviews, and alters program to increase operating efficiency or adapt to new requirements
Autonomy:
- Development software skill, based on business process and business requirements. Programmer will design system and programming, implementation for using in the company.
- Work with operation to find out the daily policy schedule are printing correctly, and customization the letters, reports, getting suggestion from core system if needs.
- Identify any opportunity to improve the processes of operation and sales force, automation processes by using software development.
Problem Solving:
- Managing user requirements, getting user requirements to make sure scopes of work are meet user requirements and minimize system development.
Working with operation and vendor to identify the customization task is in local IT team or in non-core coding system change
Yêu cầu
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in information technology.
- Having ability to design system and system architecture. Skills in programming & business are required.
- Fluent English communication skills in both written and verbal
Experience:
- Good knowledge in object-oriented system design and software development process.
- More experiences about software architecture and model design like Micro Services, Multi-Tenant, SaaS....
- More experiences in development with MVC Model, DDD (domain driven design) model...
- Over 7 years in experiences of web development, information architecture, and related concepts and technologies, with a focus on Java and at least a front-end development like AngularJS or ReactJS....
- Have many years in development with Node JS is plus.
- Over 7 years in experiences in Web services development (REST/SOAP). Have knowledge with Graph QL is plus.
- More than 07 years Java technologies like Java framework like Spring Boots/ Spring MVC/Hibernate...
- More than 07 years working with Database Oracle/MS SQL in Database Design and Database development.
- Over 7 years experiences in Front End development with CSS3, HTML/ HTML5, Bootstrap, JS, jQuery...
Understanding and used to deploy middleware system like Message Queue, Cache, Log, API Gateway is plus
