The Italian Chamber of Commerce in Vietnam (ICHAM) is looking for a Business Development &
Project Officer based in Ho Chi Minh City to support our business development, member
relations, project management and event activities.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and mantain relationships with Italian, Vietnamese and international companies,
business associations and institutional partners.
Support the identification of new business opportunities, partnerships and promotional
projects.
Coordinate trade promotion activities, B2B meetings, business missions, seminars,
networking events and exhibitions.
Manage project timelines, follow up with partners, suppliers and stakeholders, and
prepare reports after activities.
Support ICHAM members and assist in strengthening the Chamber's business network in
Southern Vietnam.
Prepare proposals, presentations, business correspondence and communication
materials when required.
Support event planning and on-site coordination, including guest management, logistics
and post-event follow-up.
Carry out other tasks assigned by ICHAM's Secretary General.
Requirements
University degree in Business, International Relations, Economics, Marketing,
Communications or related fields.
Good command of Vietnamese and English, both spoken and written.
Knowledge of Italian is an advantage.
Good understanding of the Vietnamese and Italian business environment with relevant
local networks.
Experience in business development, project management, event organization, trade
promotion or corporate relations within the Vietnamese business environment.
Strong communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines and work in an international
environment.
Professional, proactive, responsible and willing to work outside office hours when events
require.
Resident in HMC City
