Role & Responsibilites:

The Product Manager is responsible to develops products strategy and promotional tactics, development and well conduct marketing strategy & brand planning.
Conduct market research and analysis to strengthen the brand's marketing efforts and drive sales profits.
Oversee regulatory standards to ensure products are aligned with Pharmaceutical industry guidelines.
Has good capability to achieve financial targets. Independent manage financial targets including sales forecast, inventory management, Advertising & Promotion allocation & tracking.
Good collaboration with cross-functional department or ex/internal key stakeholders
(e.g. sales team, inventory, digital marketing, finance controller, etc.)
Has capability to exchange market insight to Digital Marketer and co-create the best digital strategy

Expectation:

Have related scientific knowledge and prior work experience in a Pharmaceutical organization. Experience working in the pharmaceutical industry as a Product Manager is a plus.
Be pro-active and results-oriented
Excellent communications (written & verbal), management and leadership skills
Ability to multi-task and follow through on tasks a must
Strong sense of teamwork, dignity, integrity and respect
Proficient experience in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Knowledge of branding, pricing and market research strategies with respect to pharma areas necessary
