JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Summary:
- This internship is offered to those who are interested in working in an international firm that focuses on investments and M&A.
- Our ideal candidate needs to a good comprehension of PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and interest in learning Chat GPT and Google Bard.
- Once completing this internship, you will have the general understanding of how an investment fund management works, concepts of capital market, private equity, venture capital, and M&A.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct research and analysis of companies and project for due diligence purposes related to investment decisions, M&A, raising capital, building businesses.
- Assist in maintaining and organizing files, records, contracts in hard copies and data storage.
- Drafting preformatted MOUs, NDAs, simple agreements, press releases.
- Assist in managing company's social media such as LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, and website.
REQUIREMENTS
- Able to speak and write in English - IELTS 7.0 and above
- Major in Accounting/Finance/Economics/Business with GPA 3.2 and above
- Able to speak and write in Mandarin also preferred but not necessary.
- Proven work experience as an Executive Assistant, or similar role.
- Previous experience with financial companies, securities firms, or real estate companies preferred.
- Proficiency with Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, LinkedIn, Zoom, Google Meet...
