[HCM] Senior Content Writer

Key Responsibilities
Create ideas and content direction for communication planning, keep following up with the proposal to meet clients' needs.
Work closely with internal team to prepare for relevant parts of proposal.
Involve in big concept, creative ideas brainstorming.
Coordinate with other team members to execute detail plans and monitor project quality to fullfil clients' expectation.
Develop reports for clients, include social listening and media support learning to assure for a better execution.
Other additional tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
Excellent in using Vietnamese and English. Should play with words, not only writing.
More than 2-year experience in agency or relevant job to content and copywriting.
Ability to work under high pressure and tight deadlines, enjoy multi-task works.
Good skill in Power Point/Keynote
Patient and responsible for handling work with client. Never let go. Never give up.
Excellent interpersonal skills and a team player.
Understanding of the advertising & digital landscape in Vietnam.
Respect complaint and learn from mistakes. Also means responsible for what have been done.
Interested in social life and updating trends every minute.
Always thirst for information.
Leadership and strong presentation skill are big plus.
