Mô tả công việc

Research & Analysis: Conduct qualitative and quantitative research (both online & offline) with users and the market about our game business.
Industry Trends & Competitor Study: Research and analyze industry trends, conduct competitor studies and identify expansion opportunities and competitive threats in the market.
Performance Assessment & Forecasting: Assess business performance, build forecasts, and propose growth opportunities.
Process Improvement: Evaluate internal processes and external factors to identify constructive improvements.
Reporting: Present research findings and analysis to business stakeholders in a comprehensive manner.
Other tasks as required.

Yêu cầu công việc

At least 2+ years of experience in Data Analytics, Market Research, or related fields within the Digital Product industry, ideally in Gaming.
Having a Bachelor's degree from reputable universities or equivalent practical experience.
Razor-sharp analytical, problem-solving skills & strategic thinking with the ability to interpret complex data sets, perform A/B testing, and use statistical methods to derive actionable insights. Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL/Data Visualization is a plus.
Excellent report-building and presentation skills.
Strong interest in the Gaming Industry. Desire to consistently learn, embrace new challenges, and effectively manage a broad spectrum of projects.
Able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and needs.
Excellent at communication skills, able to handle crucial conversations and scope, structure, and communicate ideas effectively to key stakeholders.
Fluent in Vietnamese and English is required; Chinese is a plus.
