[HCM] Tập Đoàn Bán Lẻ Central Retail Tuyển Dụng Finance Executive Full-Time 2024

Responsibilities
Support finance manager in 5-year financial planning and budgetary process in accordance with Property expansion plan through partnering with various departments within Property BU and other BUs in Central Retail Vietnam.
Control the Month-end closing and monthly forecast for Property business unit through assessing the impact on all the possible elements in Tenant income/management fee/Advertising & Marketing through information from different departments (Leasing, Marketing, Mall Operation, ect.).
Review Monthly PnL on the details level to provide insight information to profitability - by segment/by region/province tier class/by mall prototype/by area and tenant category.
Partnering with Leasing department to provide financial details for the business case for new initiatives during the year.
Facilitate internal meeting & training session related to Financial & Accounting matters affecting mall performance with other departments.
Qualifications
Bachelors in finance/accounting/Auditing
ACCA/CPA qualification and experience in property industry is a plus.
1 to 2 years' experience
Fluent in English
Proficiency in MS Office, especially in Excel & PowerPoint
Self-confident; Effective time management; Working under high pressure
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational skills and proven ability to work independently or as a team player
Strong numeracy skills, financial statement analysis
