JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsibilities:
Support Employer Branding activities (both online and offline).
Assist in the recruitment process: sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates.
Arrange interview schedules and coordinate candidate welcome/briefing.
Guide new hires with onboarding documents and required procedures.
Support recruitment-related tasks and internal HR events.
Handle administrative tasks in recruitment (contract preparation, payment requests, etc.).
Prepare and update recruitment reports and related documentation.
REQUIREMENTS
Requirements:
Final-year student or fresh graduate, passionate about HR & Talent Acquisition.
Good communication and time-management skills.
Detail-oriented, proactive, and willing to learn.
Basic proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace.
