I. HR Intern
Responsible for assisting Business HR (BHR) team to streamline working process in a standard and professional way to increase working productivity through the completion of diversified administrative activities, enabling and supporting for HR Projects.
Working location: Melinh Point - No 2, Ngo Duc Ke St., Ben Nghe Ward, District 1, Ho Chi Minh city
2, CORE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Participate in and coordinate with members of BHR as well as other departments on different processes to ensure and maintain the data accuracy and security at all times.
Coordinate for Employee Engagement activities
Connect with relevant parties (internal/external) to ensure the activities happen on time with good quality
Monitor & follow up the activities as the Governance built and get the feedback from the stakeholders/participants for improvement
Execute the Marketing digital capabilities project: Be responsible for memo announcement, functional engagement to ensure the project completion as the timeframe, support to conduct the online training sessions, etc.
Support BHR for logistics & administration work, including Payment request and expense report for department
Special projects as directed by BHR Director
Deliver other tasks assigned by BHR Managers
REQUIREMENTS:
University fresh graduated
Good at communication skills and English fluency
Business communication in both speaking & writing
Small project management
Good at MS Office, excellence in Excel and Power Point
Ability to work independently as well as be a good team player

II. Supply Chain & Operations Intern
Final year students in university, GPA 7.0 or equal, Supply Chain, Financial Analysis, International Trade or Technical background is preferable

Job Description
Assist to follow up & execute key activities of customers to ensure the success of each project
Work with relevant functions to prepare for customer's activities
Responsible for promotion calendar tracking by customer (intensity, activities ...)
Gift management support: Track gift allocation & delivery plan, provide gift dimension & remind sales team to clear stock
Monthly report
Ad-hoc activities as needed e.g. project support for customer marketing activities
