Preparation of logistics for GM.
Proper handle communication between GM with Internal and External customers/clients/colleagues
Research and investigate information to enable strategic decision-making by others.
Manage logistics for management meetings, internal events (townhall, employee engagement, CSR activities, company conference...)
Adhere to procedures relating to the proper use and care of Office's equipment and materials for which the role has responsibility.
Interpret instructions and issues arising, and then implement actions according to administrative policies and procedures.
Communicate and provide information by relevant methods internally and externally to assist and enable organizational operations and effective service to connect groups.
Coordinate with EHS Advisors, act as local EHS contact point to drive EHS initiatives, programs for local country.
