Job Description
Traveloka is a technology company based in Jakarta, Indonesia. We were founded in 2012 by ex-Silicon Valley engineers and we aim to revolutionize human mobility with technology. Today we are expanding our reach by operating in eight countries and experimenting with new endeavors that will create a large impact in the markets and industries we touch.
Primarily known as a Travel App, we are now on track to establish ourselves as a Southeast Asia Lifestyle SuperApp which covers all range of customer needs: lifestyle, travel, health, financial service, and most recently food delivery. With our strong technology, product and market ecosystem, we are continuously striving to deliver a creative, innovative and enjoyable experience to users, within the Traveloka App domain and beyond.
Ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate and engage with affiliate partners to expand our portfolio and offerings for customers. You will join and inspire a team of like-minded go-getters to achieve Traveloka's mission in the transportation domain.
Job Description
Develop a program roadmap with clear timeline and milestones
Building a pipeline of potential affiliate partners across multiple countries and products
Pursue, negotiate and structure commercial agreements with partners that would result in a win-win solution for both parties
Perform deep dive analysis and provide recommendations, local insights to help Affiliation lead in making sound business decisions
Work with internal and external stakeholders, such as business partners, product manager, partnerships, finance and others in managing and scaling up our affiliate program
Responsible in managing high level stakeholders, including but not limited to, partners' decision makers
Manage operational needs related to Transport Affiliates portfolio

Requirements
Bachelor's Degree from accredited universities
5+ years of relevant partnership/business development working experiences is preferred
Airlines, travel agent or e-commerce background is an advantage
Having experience working in multi-country and multi-functional environment (product, marketing, engineering, data, design) is a plus
Having experience in managing expectations of both internal and external stakeholders.
Fluency in English is required.
Passionate in sales, business development
Excellent project management, relationship builder and negotiation skills
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Structured thinking, go-getter attitude
