ZaloPay are looking for a motivated and talented individual to join our Growth team as a Business Intelligence Intern. This internship provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the field of business intelligence within the fast-paced environment of ZaloPay. We are seeking someone who is eager to learn, detail-oriented, and passionate about using data to drive marketing strategies and business growth.
Responsibilities:
Assist the Marketing and Growth team in collecting and analyzing data from various sources to support data-driven decision-making.
Collaborate with the team to develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and campaign effectiveness.
Use tools like Excel and SQL to extract, transform, and load data, ensuring its accuracy and integrity.
Help identify trends, patterns, and insights through data mining and cleansing activities.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and provide data-backed recommendations.
Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance your data skills and business intelligence knowledge.
Contribute to ad hoc projects and assignments as needed

Strong analytical mindset with the ability to work with data to uncover meaningful insights.

Talent Acquisition responsibilities include sourcing candidates through various channels, planning interview and selection procedures and hosting or participating in career events. To be successful in this role, you should be able to develop long-term recruiting strategies and nurture trusting relationships with potential hires.
Ultimately, you will create strong talent pipelines for our company's current and future hiring needs.
Responsibilities
Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs
Determine selection criteria
Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks)
Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews
Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details, using our Applicant Tracking System
Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position's requirements
Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events
Forecast quarterly and annual hiring needs by department
Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates.
Request
Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role
Familiarity with social media, resume databases and professional networks
Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations
BSc in Human Resources Management or relevant field.
