JOB DESCRIPTION
The Purpose of Your Role
As a Social Media Intern at Hello Health, you will support the implementation and execution of our social media strategy. This includes the creation, curation, and distribution of posts, articles, and videos across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and other social networks. Your role will ensure that all social media content aligns with our brand voice, content strategy, and organizational goals. This internship is an opportunity where creativity meets data, providing you with a platform to learn, grow, and contribute to meaningful health content that engages our community and drives brand growth.
Your Key Responsibilities
Social
Inspecting linear media content (video, audio, subtitles, closed captions, etc.) to confirm compliance with client specifications and to note video and audio quality issues as well as perform checks for subtitles and closed captions.
Following and completing QC Checklists.
To be able to identify errors and report these findings into a database system in a clear, concise and easy-to-read manner.
Duties require a high level of attention to details, accurate and methodical approach to testing, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
To be willing to learn the internal systems and tools to do the job as well as being flexible to adapt to the changing landscape in our industry.
A.I Video Scripts/App Campaign Video Scripts
Other related tasks as assigned to fulfill responsibilities.
Community
Organize community activities (minigames, surveys, expert Q&A sessions, etc.)
Track posts/comments, delete spam, respond to members' questions/feedback/complaints
Search Keyword Volume by month
Manage volunteers: Recruit new ones, check posts according to keywords, comment, send end-of-month vouchers, address any questions if needed

Other Supports
Client Campaign Support: Work directly with the Account & Commercial team to support the development, planning, and delivery of client campaigns that rely on social media for success.
Your KPIs include:
Social Media Metrics - organic views and engagements
User or follower growth
On-time and within-budget delivery of client campaigns
Adherence to Hello Health brand guidelines
REQUIREMENTS
Who We Want
Education: 3rd, 4th-year student majoring in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or a related field. A passion for social media and digital content creation is preferred.
Skills: Basic experience with social media platforms, content creation, and familiarity with social media analytics tools. A creative mindset with an eagerness to learn and apply new skills.
Mindset: An innovative and detail-oriented individual with a passion for healthcare and an ambition to drive impact through social media content that inspires and engages audiences.
Collaboration: Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, with strong communication skills and a willingness to contribute ideas.
