What you will do
Ensure the smooth onboarding of creator content, in strict adherence to existing policies and procedures;
Participate in addressing and resolving feedback received from
content creators;
Support internal teams in the process of acquiring new creators;
Summarize and compile weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports;
Implement additional tasks as required by line managers, including managing content libraries and databases.
What you will need
Graduated from university;
Strong teamwork skills to effectively collaborate with internal departments on creator;
Ability to prioritize and manage time efficiently to meet deadlines;
Analytical with a strong data-driven mindset; proficient in data analysis tools such as Excel and Power BI to track key metrics and identify areas for improvement;
Detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining the integrity of our processes and systems.
