JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for an Admin Intern - Recruitment Support who directly works and supports for HR related concerns in EMC department.
Our EMC team in Vietnam (HCMC and new setup location Hanoi) together with other Bosch locations in Germany, Japan, India and China contribute to the development of state-of-the-art products in Bosch (Infotainment In-Vehicle System, Home appliances).
Job description:
Implement activities related to hiring process of new employee (both entry and experienced level) to meet Bosch standards.
Support in maintain CV's database and follow up candidates' status
Build up and maintain relationship with candidates for current and future hiring needs.
Coordinate with stakeholders (Hiring Managers) to fulfill recruitment requests.
Prepare reports (weekly/monthly...) if needed.
Other tasks assigned by Manager in Department.
REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications
Must be undergraduate students with proficient English
Able to work full time in 6 months.
Self-motivated, highly committed, strong, confident, hard-working and responsible to work under pressure and get the job done timely.
Good interpersonal and intercultural awareness to work with both internal and external customers.
Proactive, able to handle multi-tasks with appropriate priority.
Keen on learning new things to work either independently or in team.
Having recruitment experience or knowledge in IT domain will be an advantage.
