Job Description
Shipment tracking support, deliveries and inventory follow up
Maintain master data and proceed logistics operation on SAP as per source planner's instruction.
Prepare daily / weekly / monthly reports of deliveries and inventories as per supervisor's request
Other admin tasks assigned by manager or supervisor
Qualifications
Preferable student in last semester in university related to Logistic, International Trade, Supply Chain.
Knowledge in Supply Chain Management is preferred
Good English communication skills. Chinese speaking is an advantage.
Proficient in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
Can-do attitude, urge in learning and development.
Motivated in learning from work.
Active in asking & responding to assignment
Adaptive to team's working environment & company culture
Willing to receive feedback & take improving actions accordingly
Have mindset that it is necessary to report for unknown things/matters
Students with dynamic experience in school/social activities.
