Job Description
1. Accounting tasks
Support in creating request to issue output invoices for payment on behalf, asset liquidity, other income, etc.
Support end-users on accounting related processes (payment, vendor creation, fixed assets, stock taking, tax invoice handling, etc.)
Support in archiving and retrieving of accounting documents
Support in preparation of data and documents for Internal and External audit, Tax inspection, Customs audit purposes (if any)
2. Controlling tasks
Prepare data consolidation for weekly performance report (sales, net working capital, etc.)
Prepare monthly P&L analysis of company result
Support in service recharging among Bosch entities
Assist CFO with ad hoc financial topics (audit/tax/investment/macro reports, etc.)
3. Ad hoc tasks to support department
Qualifications
Entitled as full-time student during 6 months internship period with major in Finance/Accounting/Auditing
Good command over English
Proficiency in MS (Word, Excel, Power point...) and accounting system (SAP) is required
Time management and task management skills
Being details oriented and able to work under pressure
Dynamic, enthusiastic, high sense of responsibility, integrity with "can do" attitude
Can work independently with minimal supervision
