JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Purpose: This position will work under the Sales Support team to assist the Field Sales team in the market & create a smooth workflow for the whole Sales department.
Assist the Sales Operations Supervisor in developing and maintaining daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports and Key Performance Indicators (of Hayat's Customers & Hayat Sales Team).
Collect & review all documents for claim/payment requests.
Assist in preparing presentations and other paperwork for POSM/Sales Logistics.
Support Sales rep activities and data analysis.
Provide other assistance when required.
REQUIREMENTS
Ability to be available at least 3 days a week, for a period of 3 months.
Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills.
Desire to learn and ability to adapt.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
Good attention to detail.
Good problem-solving skills.
