Key Responsibilities
Operations Handling
1. Invoicing:
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure shipment details and rates are available for timely invoice issuance.
Issue invoices accurately and within agreed timelines.
Proactively follow up on outstanding matters, troubleshoot issues, and ensure timely completion.
2. Carrier Payments
Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to ensure Purchase Orders (POs) are created accurately and on time, enabling timely payment to carriers.
Support payment performance targets and maintain positive relationships with carriers.
3. Compliance & Coordination
Ensure all activities are conducted in compliance with IOPs, SOPs, customer requirements, and applicable regulations.
Collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to resolve operational issues and exceptions.
Other Responsibilities
Handle daily operational issues and ad-hoc requests, escalating when necessary.
Support customers and stakeholders by providing solutions and resolving process exceptions.
Contribute to process improvement initiatives and operational excellence activities.
Perform other duties assigned by the team leader or manager.
Qualifications
Undergraduate student or fresh graduate in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Business, Finance, or a related field.
Previous internship experience in Logistics, Shipping, or Finance Operations is an advantage.
Good command of English, both written and spoken.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Detail-oriented, responsible, and committed to delivering high-quality work.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
Fast learner with a proactive mindset and a strong willingness to improve.
Good teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to coordinate across functions.
Passion for process-driven work and customer service excellence.
