ABOUT THE PROGRAMS

JOB RESPONSIBILITY:
Support for operation management of Distributor.
Support for direct sales executive management
Support promotion execution to Distributor and Electrician channel (DOIT register, purchase POSM, etc.)
Support to organize events.

►Round 1 - Resumé Application

►Round 2 - Video Interview - Hirevue
If you're competent, you will be contacted via email to answer some short questions via video on our Video Interview platform.
►Round 3 - HR Interview
You will have an opportunity to discuss further with HR team about your competency, business relevance and other benefits to work at Schneider Electric.
►Round 4 - Panel Interview
Your career interests and potential will be confirmed in the discussion with Hiring Managers and/or Heads of Department.
►Onboarding: 1st October 2024
Qualifications
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR?
Students with Bachelor or Master's degree from accredited Universities nationwide or overseas with strong academic standing (preferably GPA >=7.5 or equivalent);
For Internship Program: Majoring in Commercial, Business Administration, IT or Technical Study is preferred. Electrical Engineering or Automation Engineering major is a great plus.
Excellent command of English (TOEIC >780 or equivalent);
Love for learning with the ability to learn and adapt quickly;
Competent in Communication, Problem Solving and Collaboration;
Proven leadership ability or Digital Savvy is a strong plus.
