JOB DESCRIPTION
Support the recruitment process for different positions within the company
Post job vacancies on recruitment websites, social media platforms, and university groups
Source potential candidates through various channels
Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates based on job requirements
Contact candidates via phone/email to schedule interviews
Coordinate and support interviews between candidates and hiring managers
Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment reports
Participate in employer branding and recruitment campaigns when needed
Perform other HR administrative tasks assigned by the supervisor
REQUIREMENTS
Final-year students or fresh graduates majoring in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields
Strong interest in Recruitment/Talent Acquisition/HR Operations field
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Detail-oriented, responsible, and eager to learn
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
Familiarity with social media platforms and recruitment channels is a plus
