The
Marketing & Communication Executive role at VLG is unique opportunity to
explore deep consumer and market insight to drive short and medium-term
profitable growth by working closely with different functions (Internal and
external) to delivering exceptional brand experiences in the marketplace and
make sure all the touch points between brand and customers are memorable. Daily
responsibilities would include.

Formulate strategies, plans and deploy integrated marketing activities for
enrolment

Management of communication activities (including communication activities of
all other departments)

Designer's role at Van Lang Group (VLG) includes the entire process
of defining requirements, visualizing and creating graphics including
illustrations, logos, and photos. Designer is the one who shapes the visual
aspects of digital platforms (Website, Facebook, Instagram, etc), books,
magazines, sales kit, exhibitions, event printing material, POSM and more.
o Responsibilities
1. Design assets using for Website and Marketing & Communication activities (both online & offline)
2. Designing and censoring publications/products for university-wide operation
3. Develop design processes - regulations
4. General missions of management and administration

- University
Degree with Graphic Design, Fine Art or related field background is an
advantage.

Experience (type of)
- Proven
graphic designing experience
- A
strong portfolio of illustrations, graphics and videos

with design software and technologies (such as Illustrator, Photoshop).
- Have
experience in website design is a plus.

Marketing & Communication Intern role at VLG is a special opportunity to
learn and get familiar with the Marketing industry, especially in the Education
field. The main tasks of this position include supporting the Mar-Com
department in marketing strategy planning, managing all activities related to
the VLG brand and its sub-brands, staying up-to-date with the information &
trends of the industry.
o
Responsibilities
1.
Involve in brainstorming & executing ideas for university activities,
especially Marketing activities
2.
Continuously monitor and update news from all educational groups on social
networking platforms to capture market trends and make appropriate predictions
3.
Support internal team in various tasks, including but not limited to university
events, content creation, photography, community management, seeding, etc.
