Your key responsibilities:
Facilitate and execute on-campus as well as recruitment branding and other Talent activities
Arrange and support logistics for recruitment, employer branding & other internal activities
Facilitate and support onboarding activities for new joiners
Support and ensure onboarding experience for new joiners, interns, etc.
Support with monitoring interns and providing accurate information for HR operations process.
To qualify for the role, you must have:
4th year student or fresh graduate with bachelor degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or any related fields
Strong passion for Human Resources
Self-motivated, independent, detailed-oriented and organized
Willing to learn and good command of written as well as spoken English
