JOB DESCRIPTION
Sit
on reception desk
Receive
KPMG incoming mails
Classify
mails into each department
Prepare
KDCV incoming mails list
Deliver
mails of KDC from Sun Wah to Paragon and vice versa once or twice a day
Collaborate
with KDCV secretary to cross-check in-coming mails.
Collect
KDCV out-going mails
Create
DHL airway bill for all KDCV out-coming mails
Update
DHL airway bill information on "Audit confirmation system"
Work
with Viettel and DHL to deliver/receive KDCV mails
Support
KDCV team member in investigating lost/missed mails with couriers
Other
requirements from Manager
REQUIREMENTS
Student
in English, Business Administration or equivalent qualifications is highly
preferred.
At
least 3-month fulltime internship.
Strong
skills in Microsoft Office.
Careful,
patient, proactive, organized and highly responsible.
