JOB DESCRIPTION
Key responsibilities
· Update monthly bank book, make ref number in payments and store accounting documentations properly
· Input E-invoice received to internal system
· Assist senior/assistant accountants to check payments, follow up pending documentations;
· Other ad-hoc assignments
REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications & Experience
· Bachelor degree in relevant subjects, e.g. accounting, finance, economics (fresh graduate are welcomed)
· Good analytical skills and enjoy working with numbers, paper
· Strong organizational, time management skills and effective communication skills
· Self-motivated with a high level of initiative
· Enthusiastic, demonstrate "can do" and "team working" attitude with an ability to learn quickly
· Good command of English and Vietnamese
