- Salary: Up to 18 mil (+ Meal allowance + Phone allowance + 13th month salary,...)
MAIN RESPONSIBILITY:
+ Talent pipeline:
Coordinate with HR department to organize and monitor the progress of the CFP program (Commercial Fresher Program).
Recruitment planning: Headcounts and communication activities
+ Training:
Prepare content, organize onboarding with the participation of relevant departments.
Catch-up with Fresher and/or Line Manager to understand learning progress, provide
appropriate support and feedback to help Fresher respond quickly requirements.
Plan training contents for each stage of OJT: Content - Duration - Instructor, etc.
Evaluating: Prepare assessment sessions.
+ General performance management:
Support HR team to evaluate annual performance and potential of SA staffs.
Implement On-boarding plans & annual training courses for SA staffs.
Work with agency to ensure SA staffs' full information and recruitment quality.
+ Onboarding for new employees:
Coordinate with HR and other departments to implement On-boarding plans for
new employees timely to ensure participation of SM/CM, SO, HR and related departments.
Ensure the on-boarding plan is implemented with the participation of SM/CM, SO, HR and
related departments
Organize catch-up sessions to ensure employee integration.
Join with SM/CM to evaluate employee's probation results.
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Economics or relevant.
At least 1-2 years of experience in human resource / learning & development
(L&D) / managing projects / BD related to human
development
Fair in English.
Good communication and written skill.
Active, hard work, detailed and high sense of responsibility, problem solving.
