JOB DESCRIPTION
Place sales/sample orders to Company internal division worldwide
Monitoring and negotiation for production progress in the English/German language with plants where samples are produced
Inform the negotiation result and collaborate with the sales department in Europe in German language
Monitoring the transportation from plants to warehouses of company's division
Confirm sales/sample orders in the customer portal and maintain the internal master file
Communicate closely with
project managers for sample process tracking
Attend conferences with stakeholders in order to get delivery information.
REQUIREMENTS
Good English and German language skills. German language skills should be B2 or above
Good communication, structural thinking, and multitasking
Teamwork spirit, good time management, and coordination skills
Advance excel and other MS office applications.
BA in Economics/ languages but this is not the main selection criteria
Exposure to SAP (ERP) is preferable
