Internship in Engineering Department
Are you a passionate student who is currently pursuing a
degree in Banking, Economics, Finance, or any other relevant major? Are you
willing to work full-time for 6 months (8 hours/day & 5 days/week)? Do you
want to participate in different projects in the area of the Engineering Department? Could you imagine supporting a global organization within a
tremendous transformation process in a VUCA world? If so, let's join us as a
new Administration Intern in Engineering Department.
To fit into our team you should be fluent in English, be good
at office skills (PowerPoint is a plus), and also have strong communication
skills. Having great attention to detail is an advantage. Moreover, you need to
have a high teamwork spirit, be confident & able to work independently. On
top of that, having the interest and desire to learn new things and not be
afraid of challenges.
In this role, you will work on interesting tasks, support the
department's reporting, and support daily admin tasks for the Engineering
office. Moreover, you will have opportunities to learn about PR/PO tracking and
documentation, working closely with your manager to keep track of all of the
requested orders sent to IPS, and participating small buy/special buy
procurement process. Last but not least, you will help in the execution of your
own improvement projects in the field of engineering as well as other assigned
tasks to get insight into our engineering center.
