Internship in Head of Operations Office
Are you a passionate student who is currently pursuing a degree in Logistics, Automotive Production, Operations Management, Technology, or any other relevant major? Are you committing to work full-time in 6 months (8 hours/day & 5 days/week)? Do you want to participate in different projects in the area of the Head of Operations Office? Could you imagine supporting a global organization within a tremendous transformation process in a VUCA world?
If so, our Head of Operations Office Intern will be a suitable choice for you.
In this intern role, you will work on tasks that mainly involves assisting MBV Head of Operations, such as consolidating KPIs from all departments under supervision of MO Division (Mercedes Operations, or Production Division to be specific); prepare monthly communication, documentation and presentation for Head of Operations. On top of that, you will gain new insights and expand your knowledge by analyzing the Pros and Cons of the whole process from Logistics, Car Release to Sale.
Who are we looking for?
To fit into our team, you should be fluent in written and spoken English and also have a technical background. Moreover, you need to be good at Office skills (Excel, Presentation), communication skills, Macro-Analysis, and big data analysis skills. On top of that, we are looking for candidate who has the desire to learn new things and is not afraid of challenges.
