We are embedded into our global Human Resource Organization and are operating fully-fledged state-of-the-art HR services within the entire employee lifecycle for our local organization in Vietnam.
Are you a passionate student who is currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Foreign Trade, Information Systems, Law, Communication, or any other relevant major? Are you committing to work full-time in 6 months (8 hours/day & 5 days/week)? Do you want to participate in different HR projects within the field of HR Digitalization, HR Development, HR Marketing, Training, and Compensation and Benefits? Could you imagine supporting a global organization within a tremendous transformation process in a VUCA world?
If so, you should become our new Human Resources Intern.
In this intern role, you will have the opportunity to learn and support HR Department tasks that help you to gain knowledge and experience. First of all, you will spend time on collaborating closely with the entire HR team, HR Head, and HR Global team within HR projects and HR daily operations; becoming a first contact point for our employees to ensure excellent HR Services; becoming a significant member in charge of supporting users related to software application/data. Moreover, you will participate in the full processes of recruitment, information system development, and digitalization; independently managing and executing your own small change and improvement projects; being involved in the combination of HR - IT project, HR marketing, and hosting new HR Systems. As a member of the RnC HR team, you will from time to time take on daily HR operations and support us in rethinking our existing routines and practices to get insight into our HR center.
To fit into our team you should be fluent in English, and also have strong communication skills. Having great attention to detail is an advantage. Moreover, you need to have a high teamwork spirit, be confident & able to work independently. On top of that, having the interest and desire to learn new things and not be afraid of challenges.
