Job Description
Draft important correspondences, draft, review and/or revise various legal documents, undertake legal researches, content checks, archive, manage the document retention of the company;
Support all legal matters related to operation of the company, including but not limited to provide legal advices and work with the stakeholders in Commerce/Sale, Finance, Supply, Marketing, Human Resources ("HR"), and Corporation Relation ("CR") functional team and assist them in working, meeting and negotiating with third parties to complete the transactions;
Support compliance matters including but not limited to provide legal advices, propose amendment and/or update of internal rules of the company in accordance with changes of the local laws, conduct internal compliance trainings on the Group's policies/guidelines/ standards, supervise the implementation of such policies/ guidelines/standards, and review and approve the KYBP (Know Your Business Partners) and G&E (Gifting's & Entertainment), DMC (Diageo Marketing Code);
Fully in charge of legal administrative works; and
Other tasks relating to matters at the request of Legal Director.
Qualification Requirements
Hold bachelor law degree
1-2 years of experience preferred
Good knowledge of commercial law
Experience in international law firm is an advantage
Very good communication skills in both Vietnamese and English (written and spoken)
Proactive work behavior and enthusiasm to reach goals
Ability to work in a professional manner in a high-pressure environment
Good computer skills in MS office
