Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Fashion, Design, Business, Supply Chain, or a related field
Strong organizational and communication skills
Detail-oriented, with the ability to manage repetitive tasks efficiently
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook) and comfortable with digital file management
A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn in a collaborative team environment
Able to work onsite in the office
🔹 Your Mission
Gain a complete overview of the development process from design to prototyping and final release, with a clear focus on fabric development
Assist in administrative fabric approval, color approval, and test report follow-up
Support the entire apparel fabric development team in daily tasks
Assist with generating fabric handovers to initiate the fabric development process for key Business Units in Vietnam
Maintain regular communication and follow-up with key stakeholders (suppliers, fabric mills, Business Units, sourcing departments, and other locations)
Collaborate with the Fabric Development Manager on projects related to material selection, restrictions, and testing standards
Handle Lab Dips and Strike-Offs - take responsibility for organizing the lab room, storage, and documentation of submissions
