Key Responsibilities
1. Data Tracking & Dashboard Management
Assist in building and updating tracking dashboards to monitor digital/media campaign performance.
Record, clean, and refine data before inputting into internal tracking systems.
Support the generation of strategic insights from campaign data.
2. Digital Media Research & Reporting
Research the digital media landscape in Vietnam, including platforms and market trends.
Prepare structured reports and presentations using Excel and PowerPoint to communicate data, findings, and actionable insights.
Support internal teams in evaluating digital media solutions and best practices.
3. Cross-team Collaboration
Coordinate with billing and media planning teams to ensure accurate data collection and reporting.
Assist in ad-hoc analysis and tasks assigned by the Digital Trading team.

Ideal Candidate Profile
Fresh graduate or final-year university student majoring in Business, IT, Economics, Marketing, or related fields.
Previous experience in a media agency environment is a plus.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office; strong skills in Excel and PowerPoint are required. Experience with Power BI is a plus.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; able to understand and interpret large datasets.
Curious, proactive, and eager to learn about digital platforms and media operations.
