II/ Position objective:
- The role is for a fast-moving, sharp-minded TikTok Partnership Executive responsible for communicating and collaborating on TikTok Ads policies in Vietnam.
- You will serve as the crucial link between TikTok's platform updates and our internal advertising operations, ensuring our team is always compliant and ahead of the curve. Essentially, you are the TikTok policy expert who drives effective and compliant operations.
III/ Position responsibilities:
- Maintain close communication with TikTok's partnership and policy teams.
- Track and interpret advertising policy updates, ensuring internal teams respond quickly and accurately.
- Identify and flag opportunities or risks in TikTok Ads ecosystem.
- Support internal campaign teams in solving ad account or compliance issues efficiently.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with TikTok stakeholders.

IV/ Position requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or related field.
- Experience in
digital marketing / platform operation / sales is a strong plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - can express ideas clearly and confidently.
- Fast learner with strong problem-solving mindset.
- Proactive, organized, and result-oriented.
- Fluent in English (Chinese is a plus).
