Reporting of the role
This role reports to: Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition

In this role, your goals will be:
In three months:
Built up a solid understanding of our agencies, their structure and talent requirements
Developed relationships with relevant business partners
Become familiar with the recruitment tools and systems used at GroupM
In six months:
Delivered quality talent pipeline for our hiring manager stakeholders
Independently led the recruitment for a number of roles and had a number of successful placements across the agencies
Ensured high quality candidate experiences
In 12 months:
Become an expert in using our in-house technology and tools
Began to own the recruitment for an area of the business independently
Responsibilities of the role:
Talent Recruitment:
Work with the TA Lead to implement the talent acquisition strategy (in line with the business strategy) across the group
Provide effective recruitment advice, guidance and solutions to Hiring Managers across the group
Ensure all relevant SOX Compliance procedures and processes are followed, adhered to and evidenced at all times
Provide constant feedbacks / updates to the team on any aspect which may affect the success of the HR & Talent team - always retaining an awareness of the bigger picture
Be an effective, committed and participative team member in order to provide a first-class service to the group; contributing to the continuing development of the HR & Talent team
Talent Sourcing & Pipelining:
Be responsible and proactive in making talent sourcing activities by utilizing all possible platforms & tools both online and offline
Work directly with managers to develop appropriate and reasonable job descriptions for each role, where necessary
Proactively build the talent pipeline from Associate Manager level and below to prepare ready-for-hire source.
Establish the search process, including the interview process, for each brief, as well as the compensation target for the search
Communicate as needed with other members of the HR & Talent team throughout the process
Coordinate and work closely with TA Lead and regional talent sourcing hub to enrich talent pools, update talent movement trends to come up with solutions on time
Administer candidates through the recruiting life-cycle using Jobvite Hire
Talent Attraction & Employer Branding:
Collaborate and work closely with relevant institutions, universities and student organizations to update and do the on-site & online job fairs, career talks
Work with TA Lead & Internal Communication team to get updates on Employer Branding agenda to ensure the executions will be rolled-out timely
Reporting & Onboarding:
Ensure regular reporting on all key searches, including the candidate short list for each search
Oversee appropriate maintenance of data and candidate assessments in the recruitment system
Ensure to update the hiring process in recruitment system as well as local & regional reports timely & accurately
Keep track onboarding process in Enboarder system, update progress to TA Lead & HR Teams on bi-weekly basis to ensure the perfect completion of employees
Partner with TA Lead, HRBP to initiate new ideas as well as organize monthly MBrace- a very exclusive onboarding session of GroupM.
Other tasks assigned by Line Manager
Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or relevant majors
At least 2-4 years of solid experience recruiting in a high pressure, high volume environment. Experience from media & advertising agencies is a plus
Extensive experience sourcing candidates from multiple channels including careers websites, professional and social media, employee referrals and job sites
Excellent stakeholder management skills, experience managing clients or internal stakeholders at any level
Be highly agilie diligent, ethical, reliable and accountable
Ability to coordinate, prioritize and multitask in a high pressure environment
Fluent in English, good skills in using & utilizing MS tools
Tech-savvy
