JOB SUMMARY:
The Community Intern supports the Community team in managing social media interactions, monitoring online conversations, and maintaining active and engaging brand communities across social platforms. This role provides hands-on experience in community management, social listening, reporting, and campaign support while working closely with internal teams to ensure smooth daily community operations.
Responsibilities
Moderate comments and inboxes via Sprinklr, apply conversation tags, and escalate issues when needed.
Collect and analyze community feedback to identify customer pain points, product inquiries, and content improvement opportunities.
Conduct social listening to track competitor activities, social trends, and online conversations, and summarize key insights.
Prepare daily social reports, tracking key metrics such as follower growth, community sentiment, and notable updates.
Support campaign monitoring, social media quality assurance (QA), and other community operations as assigned
Qualifications
Final-year student or fresh graduate in Marketing, Communications, Business, Digital Media, or related fields.
Strong interest in social media,
digital marketing, and online communities.
Active user of major social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good attention to detail and ability to multitask.
Analytical mindset with the ability to identify trends and summarize insights.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
Willingness to learn, take ownership, and collaborate with team members.
