Job Overview:
Our organization is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Data Platform Intern/Executive to play a key role in collecting, analyzing, and reporting media data. The ideal candidate will possess excellent coordination skills, solid experience in data collection and reporting, and a keen eye for accuracy and consistency. This role will focus on collecting and reporting data for OOH media, working closely with vendors, planning and monitoring systems, monitoring teams, and other stakeholders across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
-Collect and consolidate media data for OOH sites, including information and photographs, from various vendors and sources.
- Ensure timely and accurate updates of data into OOH planning and monitoring systems, working closely with internal teams and external vendors.
- Collaborate with monitoring teams across Vietnam to ensure data is uploaded in a timely and consistent manner.
- Create and maintain category and competition reports to provide insights into OOH media performance and trends.
- Develop and maintain OOH media data reporting tools, including dashboards and PPTs, with an emphasis on accuracy, quality, and usability.
- Collaborate with the OOH Media team to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling of OOH media platforms and reporting dashboards.
- Keep the concerned supervisors informed of any updates or changes to the OOH media data reporting process or tools.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field such as Marketing, Business Administration, or Computer Science.
- Preliminary knowledge of data management processes and tools, including Excel, and reporting software
- Strong coordination and communication skills, particularly in working with external vendors and internal teams across multiple locations.
- Ability to analyze and synthesize data to create actionable insights and reports.
- Ability to work independently, proactively, and with attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
