MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC
Prepare Purchase Orders, Sales Orders for non-trade item.
To prepare document of Commercial Contracts, Addendum, Agreements, Payment documents before submit to Accounting Dept, ensure all document is checked properly and follow up the payment on due
Contact to suppliers to get the required documents and handling issue of payment process
To do the document - works , such as send/ received parcels through courier, printing, copy, scan, file documents
Purchase simple items with small value, follow up and manage the whole deals to ensure the quality of goods
To do some other works or buying some goods under assign by Procurement Manager.

Male/Female, age from 22-27
Bachelor in Economy
Fluent in English, especial reading & writing
Good ability of computing skills on Word/ Excel/Outlook
Good at communication, problem solving, time - management skill
Can work under high pressure
Carefully, hard- working, responsible, discipline
