As a Platform operation manager, you will work with the internal team to manage campaign executions and strive for operational excellence.

MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC
Gain deep understanding about the operating model and system of e-commerce platforms
Upload information and manage product appearance on marketplaces to ensure it is aligned with best practice for user experiences
Perform research to understand about products and influencers to advise key stakeholders on preparation of necessary materials to input into product sites and perform site optimization tactics
Work closely with warehousing team to keep system real-time updated on SKU description and quantity
Collaborate with internal teams develop and keep track of e-commerce winning platform operation metrics, best practices study and insightful reports to assist internal team in achieving operational excellence
YÊU CẦU ỨNG VIÊN
Minimum 2-3 years prior working experience in e-commerce or digital business
Strong project management and communication skills. Used to manage multiple stakeholders across multiple functions
Great attention to details and good organizational skills
Learning spirit, being sensitive with information
Very strong team-player
Can-do attitude
