What you provide:
● Collaborate with Management to develop and implement new initiatives that
align with the company's business goals:
- Conduct thorough research and analysis to support the development of
new initiatives.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful
implementation of strategic initiatives, monitoring progress and
providing regular updates to the Management.
● Provide comprehensive supports to the Management team:
- Assist with special projects, demonstrating exceptional organizational
skills and attention to detail.
- Design and produce documents, reports, and presentations, utilizing
advanced software to manage tasks and projects.
- Collect and prepare relevant information for meetings with staff and
external stakeholders, ensuring all materials are accurate,
well-organized, and readily accessible.
- Manage correspondence, maintaining a professional and courteous
tone in all communications on behalf of the Management team.
- Keep the Management well-informed of upcoming commitments and
responsibilities, proactively anticipating their needs and providing
timely supports, reminders and follow-ups.
Qualifications:
● 0-2 years of working experience. Fresh graduates from top universities are
welcomed to apply.
● Proficient in English (IELTS > 7.0).
● Excellent academic standing.
● Detailed-oriented, structured, and willingness to take-up new challenges.
● Strong relationship management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
● Be a team player and possess the ability to work across organizations with
business personnel at all levels.
