[Urgent needed] ASSIST VIETNAM IS LOOKING FOR 02 SALES & MARKETING INTERNS (HCM)

Supporting department manager in acquisition
activities:
Responsibility:
Research:
-
Identify local experts in the region such as video
production experts, designers, voice-over experts, design experts, and
e-learning experts.
-
Research on each donor's past project partner and
provide brief summary tables of past projects funded by each donor.
-
Create a profile sheet of each shortlisted private
partner who needs to be targeted.
-
Research partners such as Govt, Academy, NGOs who
might be required to be part of project concepts.
Acquisition:
-
Conduct
desktop research, or gather information
through surveys, or speak to clients.
-
Send out initial introductory emails based on standard
email template
-
Set appointments and follow-up with potential
customers
-
Coordinate with private partners who agree to submit
project concept, on collecting company-related data.
-
Follow-up with proposal writing team on completing
assigned tasks.
-
Ensure submission of the project concept/application
to the donor.
-
Initially review the project concept and project
proposal documents based on standard guidelines.
-
Update documents and sales records.
-
Review
sales performance against sales targets.
Required skills/ Qualifications:
-
Have basic knowledge and experience of sales and/or marketing
-
Know how to edit images and videos, knowledgeable in
AP, AI is a plus
-
Good at verbal and written English
-
Creativity, logical thinking
-
Excellent interpersonal skills, honest, enthusiastic,
diligent
