What you'll do
Responsible for managing strategic partnerships that align with the mission of S4V based on gained partnerships from External Relations Leads.
Identify and approach potential partners, including corporations, foundations, and government agencies.
Develop proposals and presentations for partnership opportunities in collaboration with S4V's Branding team.
Negotiate partnership agreements and ensure mutual benefits.
Maintain and nurture existing partnerships.
Collaborate with other teams to integrate partnership activities into overall organizational strategies.
Report to External Relations Lead
Required Qualifications
Experience:
Based in HCM
At least 1 year of experience in external relations, partnership management, or a related field.
Proven track record in building and managing relationships with diverse stakeholders.
Skills:
Excellent project management skills.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
Strategic thinking with the ability to develop and implement effective partnership [protected info] and will train you. However, we look for someone who is willing to learn, can learn quickly, is not scared to make mistakes, and moves fast.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in the EdTech or nonprofit sector is highly desirable.
Familiarity with STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, Mathematics) education is a plus.
Proficiency in using office tools including Google Suite, Slack, and Zoom.
