JOB DESCRIPTION
Periodically
assess students and report to the school and parents
Work
with and support Vietnamese English Teachers, Personal Tutors and other
school staff as required
Take part in and support the school's activities and events
Other tasks as assigned by Academic management
as required
REQUIREMENTS
Weekday
evening and weekend availability
Experience
in teaching English to adults preferred
Enthusiastic
and passionate about English education
Outgoing
and loves working with people from diverse backgrounds
Patient,

JOB DESCRIPTION
Direct Care Associate (DCA) is an essential member of the
Center team.
In Sales: DCA is the face of the school as the first and
last contact point for new clients and students alike. Making a good impression
is essential to the Sales Team's success.
In Service: DCA share the responsibility for the education
success of the students
-Deliver consistently excellent customer service through
friendly and proactive care and delivery.
-Provide feedback and appropriate study advice in line with
the school's teaching methodology.
-Manage student class schedules and client appointments.
-Student follow-up and class reminder calls
-Greet walk-ins and receive incoming calls before assigning
them to Sales staff
-Be a school ambassador and responsible for a fun and
English environment within the school
-Administrative duties and other tasks assigned by Center
management if any.
REQUIREMENTS
-Vietnamese
-Basic English speaking
-Energetic, friendly, professional, and highly customer
care mindset.

Enter
daily expenses into the software according to the guidance of the general
accountant.
Monthly
reconciliation and confirmation of cash inflows for each center.
Calculate
and prepare VAT tax declarations.
Monitor
and reconcile bank payment data.
Issue
invoices for students.
Prepare
reports related to daily, weekly, and monthly revenue for management.
Supervise
daily collection documents from the admin center and reconcile documents
sent at the end of each month.
Update
pricing and discount data in the software monthly.
Specific

REQUIREMENTS
University
or College students in their 3rd or 4th year, majoring in accounting.
Quick
adaptability.

to learn.
Disciplined
and principled with professional ethics.
