JOB DESCRIPTION
- Consulting and selling the courses and services of
ET.
- Closing the deals to achieve the monthly target.
- Building a good image
for ET, and recommending more students for E.T.
- Providing instant support to keep track of
students during their stay at English Town to build trust, and affection from
students.
- Looking for new sources and ideas to
approach potential customers.
- Providing the good care and dealing with
complaints from students to gain students' understanding and sympathy for
English Town's policies.
- Keep up-to-date with customers' and
students' information based on the given procedures.
- Any other assigned duties, tasks, or
projects.
REQUIREMENTS
_ Be flexible to work at different locations (D3, D10, Tan Binh)
_ Be able to develop the customer sources to ensure that sales targets are achieved as committed
_ Having good English (can communicate fluently) and loves to work in a 100% English environment.
_ Having the ability to consult and persuade people
_ Having a strong motivation to make money
_ Having sales experience in the education field is an advantage (but not compulsory)
_ Can withstand the pressure of sales
_ Good appearance is an advantage

Take care of new and
current students of English Town
Provide good care and
handle all kinds of feedback from students
Support students with
problems that relate to their course and study progress.
Study online 1:1 with students
to help them in reviewing their knowledge.
Arrange the class
schedule for new & current students
Inform students of
English Town's regulations and changes coming from English Town.
Work side by side with
other departments, especially Teacher Team and Operation Team to bring a great learning experience to students.
Other tasks are
assigned by the direct manager/ team leader.
REQUIREMENTS
Be flexible to work at different locations (D3, D10, Tan Binh, D12)
Be able to use Google tools to support your work (GG Meet, GG Sheets, GG Docs, ...)
Be willing and positive to help the student solve their problems
Have an interest in the English language and want to help others strengthen their English skills
Good at using English
(to work in a 100% English environment)
