Job Title: Admission Officer

Reports To: Admission Supervisor (AS)
Directly supervise: N/A
JOB PURPOSE
To manage daily operation at the centre smoothly, handle re-sales and complete other tasks as assigned.
WORKING RELATIONSHIPS
Internal: Sales and Care, ADM and Academic, PUR, Account
External: Customers and students
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Planning (5%)
Weekly plan for re-sales
Weekly plan for class opening
Consultations (10%)
Do next course consultations to current parents and the students
Payments (10%)
Handle customer payment for current customers
Handle payments on system
Hand over cash balance to ACC/TTO
Retention Management (15%)
Monitor monthly finished classes and call-re-enrolment
Handle all re-sales process to make sure achieve the target
Customer Care and Service (15%)
Handle care activities at centre
Handle care call based on care process
Handle customer feedback and complaint
Teacher and TA Support (10%)
Prepare class material for teachers and TAs
Arrange laptop for teachers
Course Administration (10%)
Prepare for opening class
Manage class information
Prepare new course/Cambridge letters/certificates
Prepare certificates for finished classes
Deliver material and POS to students
Classroom Management (5%)
Room arrangement
Change or book room as requested
Facility Management (5%)
Monitor, maintenance at the centre to ensure smooth operation and safety
Monitor daily cleaning at the centres to ensure smooth operation
Inventory Management (10%)
Forecast material, POS
Order material and POS
Manage and make sure the stock in good condition and well-arranged
Prepare monthly report and input in database
Conduct inventory checking
Other Tasks
Conduct other tasks assigned by OS/CM

JOB REQUIREMENTS
Education: Undergraduate, qualifications in English and education are preferred.
Experience: Experience working in customer service or administration in foreign invested companies for 6 months at least.
Technical Skills:
Good communication in both English and Vietnamese (at least intermediate 4 level).
Familiar with MS Office.
Soft Skills:
Ownership.
Communication skill.
Problem solving skill.
Other Requirements: Be able to work on shift.
