Position: Center Admin (LC Ops) - APPLICATION FORM HERE
Working location: Phu My Hung Area, Distric 7, HCMC
Working hours: 40 hours/week, Monday and another day off (Off 2 days/week)
Earliest start from 10:00 AM to latest end at 20:30 PM (for weekdays from Tue - Fri)
Earliest start from 9:00 AM to latest end at 17:30 PM (for Saturday and Sunday)

RESPONSIBILITY
Center Support
Welcome students, parents and guests, guide them to the right destination;
Answer incoming calls and support scheduling staff, teachers and teaching assistants;
Compile monthly reports for the Center Manager, as requested.
Administrative
Maintain supplies and equipments, maintenance and appearance of whole center;
Collect tuition fees, check and update attendance list;
Create initiatives to help improve the admin process and a better working environment.
Academic Support
Support Academic teams, ensure classes are fully equipped and ready before class;
Support Academic team to organize end of term activities;
Prepare the Grade Books for classes at the beginning of each term;
Conduct the student surveys for classes at the end of each term;
Send the student Report Cards and re-enrollment letters to parents.
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's Degree in related majors;
Proven experience in administration role at educational company/school/center;
Good verbal and written communication skills in both Vietnamese and English;
Proficiency in MS Office and managing databases, spreadsheets;
Customer-service mindset.
Proactive, good organization skills and detail-oriented;
