YOU WILL SPEND TIME FOR
Logistics: control, and manage the flow of goods in the warehouse.
Event execution and monitoring: manage and execute event & brand activation projects. Prepare and follow the status of reports during and after the campaign.
Budget: ensure detailed cost review and effective negotiation.
Timeline - work with internal creative team and supplier in ensuring timely delivery of each project/content output.
Support other tasks assigned.
YOU WILL HAVE THE FOLLOWING EXPERIENCE
Second-year students or Third-year students in Marketing, Communications, or relevant fields.
Good communication skills.
Good time-management skills.
Hard-working and energetic.
Having experience in planning or running event on campus is a plus.
